Larry has been a leading consultant and business development executive at the intersection of finance, technology and corporate real estate for more than two decades. He has led a national architectural/engineering firm’s business development efforts, served as a Senior Manager of Ernst & Young’s Real Estate Advisory Services, served as VP of North American Operations for a leading information software provider to real estate and directed the industry leadership best practices sharing service created by one of the world’s foremost private software developers for real estate.

CRE3 Consulting was founded and led by Larry to provide solutions to corporate real estate organizations to address the Efficiency, Economics and Environmental sustainability of their owned and leased portfolios. He has led service/technology engagements with FORTUNE 500 companies including Citigroup, ExxonMobil, Barclay’s Capital, Google, General Motors, American Airlines, Halliburton, Boeing, Intel, EMC, Iron Mountain among others.

As a leader in commercial real estate industry associations, Larry recently served on CoreNet Global’s Strategic Portfolio Planning Task Force. At the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP), he served as a Chapter President and Chaired the National Public Affairs Subcommittee on State and Local Issues. Larry is also a Member of both BOMA (Buildings Owners and Managers Association) and IFMA (International Facility Managers Association).

Larry brings vast relevant experience and a reputation for outstanding client service among some of the best run companies in the U.S., to assist current and future SR Inc Members and to lead SR Inc’s Membership Development. He is father of three and a youth sports coach with an interest in scouting, cycling, kayaking, skiing, reading and camping.
