Jerry Pucillo

Jerry Pucillo is the Chief Operating Officer for Oaktree Development, a sustainably focused real estate development and responsible property investment firm. Oaktree has over 30 years of real estate development experience and has been focused predominantly on creating smart growth and transit oriented real estate development projects.. Prior to Oaktree, Jerry was Senior Vice President at The New Boston Fund. He was responsible for advancing development projects through their design and construction phase providing team leadership and executive oversight to several projects. He also was responsible for bringing sustainable development best practice to New Boston Fund’s development projects and departments.

Jerry has over 30 years of real estate development, strategic planning and program and project management experience. Prior to joining the New Boston Fund, Jerry held the positions of CEO of Keen Development Corporation, Senior Vice President of the RISE group, Senior Vice President of the Program Management group for the Bovis Lend Lease Construction Company, and Director of Housing Development for the Archdiocese of Boston.

Jerry is a Harvard University Loeb Fellow in Advanced Environmental Design. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from St. John’s Seminary College and a Masters in Theological Ethics from Boston College.
