SR Inc builds Roundtable services that provide executives from Member-Client organizations with an annual research and conferencing program that delivers original management best practices in moving toward greater sustainability.

Member companies are provided with year-round, unmetered consulting related to original research and conferencing on management best practices for driving greater sustainability throughout global corporate real estate portfolios.

The individuals engaged in each of SR Inc’s Roundtable services are time-constrained executives who are experts in their field. The goal of each Roundtable service is to save time and resources for these busy executives. SR Inc does this by delivering Member-directed research throughout the year which leverages the expertise of the full Roundtable Membership to develop management best practices for greater sustainability.

SR Inc conducts annual, original research programs within each Roundtable service. SR Inc begins the research year by gathering executives from Charter Member-Client companies to identify the research topics of interest for the annual program. As an example, the figure below illustrates the annual research program for the Sustainable Real Estate Roundtable. Once the research program has been set by Charter Member-Clients, SR Inc conducts primary and secondary research with Roundtable Members and industry sources to deliver research throughout the year.
