Symantec selected as a Charter Member of the Sustainable Real Estate Roundtable

SR Inc is pleased to select Symantec as a Charter Member of the Sustainable Real Estate Roundtable (SRER). Environmental stewardship is an integral part of Symantec’s business strategy, both in terms of managing impacts related to the company’s operations and the development of new products and services for clients. The Environmental Stewardship Council, a cross-functional team of global managers and employees, develops high-level sustainability goals in accord with the company’s Environmental Policy. Various internal stakeholders then take ownership for developing systems and programs to meet those goals, and the Council meets periodically to review progress. In addition, Symantec’s employees contribute to the company’s environmental efforts by participating in 27 Green Teams based at Symantec locations around the world.
