Equity Office joins the Sustainable Corporate Real Estate Roundtable

SR Inc is pleased to announce Equity Office as a Charter Member of the Sustainable Corporate Real Estate Roundtable (SCRER). In the Boston market, for example, Equity Office is doing its part to help the city become the greenest city in America by piloting programs to register buildings for LEED certification, attain ENERGY STAR certification across their portfolio, improve the operating efficiency of equipment and reduce tenants need to use their vehicles. Equity is also piloting projects to achieve 50% solid waste recycling and reduce water consumption.
