Inside Sales Representative
Job Description
Sustainability Roundtable Inc. (SR Inc) seeks highly motivated sales person in Greater Boston with 2 years’ experience, preferably supporting senior sales executives. The optimal candidate will have experience successfully supporting senior sales executives who successfully sold professional services to Fortune 1000 companies.
Successful candidates will also have strong professional references and a demonstrated commitment to excellence and teamwork. Candidates with a developed interest in more sustainable business are preferred, but not required.

The Sales Assistant will serve as the inside sales support to an executive salesperson. The position will be part of the national sales team with new and long-term growth opportunities.
The sales associate will support executive by interacting with prospective clients via phone and email to schedule and coordinate all aspects of the sales cycle from setting up initial meetings to maintaining the customer relationship database to creating and filing paperwork to facilitate closing of the sale.
The position will enable the highly motivated successful candidate an opportunity to see many aspect of a rapidly growing, venture funded, mission-driven company that has introduced the advantages of shared-cost research and consulting to the burgeoning field of corporate sustainability.
Skills & Requirements
- Two (2) years of successfully supporting senior executives, strongly preferred.
- An enthusiasm for – and natural ability for – setting up meetings with senior decision-makers.
- The ability to make several dozen calls every work day to decision-makers.
- The ability to work collaboratively with the growing national sales team.
- The ability to closely follow and record a detailed selling process in a CRM system.
- Very strong personal and professional references required.

Director of Advisory Services
Job Description
Sustainability Roundtable Inc. (SR Inc) seeks highly motivated sales person in the Greater Boston, Denver, DC and Bay Areas with at least 2-3 years of highly professional and successful sales experience. The optimal candidate will have experience successfully winning at least two decision-maker meetings a week and beating quota quarter after quarter. Candidates formerly from the Corporate Executive Board, Advisory Board Company, Forrester, and/or Gartner are particularly encouraged to apply.
Successful candidates will also have strong professional references and a demonstrated commitment to excellence and teamwork. Candidates with a developed interest in more sustainable business as well as individuals with real estate contacts are preferred, but not required.

The Director will win, schedule, and facilitate three meetings a week with leading Directors of Corporate Real Estate and Portfolio Managers, nationally, who are responsible for large owned real estate portfolios.

Research Intern (part time or full time)
Research interns contribute to research on management best practice for the Sustainable Real Estate Roundtable (SRER). Responsibilities include:
- Perform secondary research and analysis on an array of topics relating to management best practices in greater sustainability in real estate portfolios
- Contribute to written reports, briefings, and advisories for SR Inc Analysts and Advisors
- Track existing and anticipated government policies and regulations, including financial incentives, related to sustainability
Sustainability Analyst
SR Inc Sustainability Analysts develop original management best practice research based on Member-Client interviews, case studies, secondary resources and discussions with sector experts. Responsibilities include:
- Perform secondary and primary research, analysis, and writing on an array of topics relating to management best practices in greater sustainability in real estate portfolios
- Prepare high-quality written reports, briefings, and advisories for Member-Clients
- dentify, develop, and cultivate relationships with, various sustainability stakeholders (customers, employees, suppliers, consumers, governmental agencies, non-governmental organizations, etc) who can inform management best practice research
